To support the campaigns to fill booths and run a high visibility campaign across the electorates
To collaborate with the candidates and teams to deliver a cohesive message and voter offer across the electorates
To deliver outcomes and abide by the parameters described in the Federal Election Campaign plan
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Outstanding organisational skills, including demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in administration including calendar coordination, proficient in the use of Microsoft office and excel, answering phones and excellent grammatical skills.
Experience working with people/teams in different locations and experience using a variety of online tools such as google drive, dropbox (experienced with CiviCrm an advantage) to guide dispersed teams in the same direction.
Experience coordinating large logistical projects and teams, including data gathering and evaluation
Commitment to the Greens charter and policies including an understanding of internal structures and processes
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll help build buzzing and energetic local teams that are focused on achieving their local campaign goals.
You’ll co-develop a plan to support Greens candidates, volunteers and supporters to have meaningful and persuasive conversations with supporters and voters throughout the campaign.
You’ll coordinate our local polling booth project, ensuring every polling booth has Greens volunteers speaking with voters before they cast their ballot.
You will provide weekly progress reports regarding key organising KPIs. You will write an evaluation report in the weeks following the campaign.
