About Rally Magazine

Rally is an innovative multimedia magazine combining print, digital and social media to bridge the gap between storytelling and activism.

We believe in creating more ‘entry-points’ for any person to access diverse creative, cultural and political perspectives. And we see this expansion of empathy as a crucial first step in a person’s journey towards activism.

Our goal is to engage people with innovative stories, then lead them towards meaningful collective action with our Impact Partners.

Purpose of the role:

• To reach new audiences by creating engaging posts on social channels
• To think creatively and strategically about the role of storytelling in driving change
• To expand empathy by amplifying the stories in our editions
• To build community with likeminded people and collectives
• To foster meaningful action by guiding audiences on their journey towards activism

What we need from you:

• Passion for storytelling, activism and creating social impact
• Marketing things from creating social media posts to sending eDMs
• Content creation things from behind-the-scenes photos to designing graphics
• Good communication skills for copywriting and working with our wider team
• Independent working capabilities including your own laptop

What you’ll get from us:

• Marketing support from current team members who have worked in marketing fields for over 5 years
• Content creation support from current team members who have worked in creative fields for over 5 years
• A nice community of humans all working together to bring about a better condition for people and planet
