Our clients are, and always will be, our first priority. This matters more now than ever before.
Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) believes everyone is entitled to positive, supportive and healthy relationships. Our work is centred on building strong family relationships and community connections with respect for difference and social inclusiveness.
You'll manage our Hunter centre based in Broadmeadow and satellite services on NSW Central Coast where we deliver couple and family counselling, supervised contact visits and parenting and group educational programs focused on prevention of Domestic Violence.
You’ll lead a dedicated team including 4 Team Leaders to deliver high quality, culturally appropriate services tailored to the needs of our clients. You'll ensure your teams are engaged, productive, have clinical supervision and the opportunity to learn and grow.
You’ll establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure programs are effective and efficient and achieve programs outcomes. In addition to the hands on day to day leadership of the service, you’ll navigate your team through significant organisational change including a new CRM and clinical intake process.
As an experienced Manager in Community or Human Services, you know what you are doing when it comes to leading a team to achieve program objectives, maintaining practice standards and keeping funders satisfied.
