We are seeking two new Board members who:
Relationships Australia (NSW) Limited (RANSW) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to enhancing relationships within families and their communities in order to enable personal and social wellbeing. We have centres located across NSW that offer a range of different support options. We are committed to building our support for all families and individuals, including those who are in greatest need, facing complex issues and have limited access to resources and services.
RANSW is a company limited by guarantee, a registered charity, and is governed by a Board elected from our membership. In recent years RANSW has established subsidiary entities, entered in a joint venture partnership and embarked on an internal multi-million business transformation programme.

Due to the expiring tenure of 2 of our Directors we are inviting applications from people to join our skilled-based Board.
You'll collectively as part of the Board contribute to the following responsibilities:
In addition, participation in at least one Board committee will also be required. Board committees include the Governance, Remuneration and Nomination Committee (GRNC) and the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee (FARC).
We are looking for experienced individuals known for their career success at Board or senior management levels in the social services sector in an organisation of similar size or larger than RANSW. You'll be enthused by the important work we do and bring to the Board your understanding of the machinery of government, policy making and not-for-profit funding processes together with your knowledge of NFP funding processes including access to informal and formal networks that will assist RANSW in its advocacy and impact.
