We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic and psycho-education group-based workshops. This role will include stakeholder engagement, development and strengthening of referral pathways to assist individuals access to RA Tas resources and services designed to build their confidence and skills to address changes in their relationships (including resolving disputes, separation, and changing family dynamics).  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective therapeutic and psycho-education group workshops on-site and in community settings.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to develop referral pathways and increase program participation.
• Achieve agreed service targets and maintain accurate client records.
• Develop and deliver innovative group programs aligned with client needs.
• Represent RA Tas at community events and meetings.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Do you Fit the bill

• Demonstrated experience in group facilitation and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of relationship dynamics and family law issues is desirable.

• Salary starting from $87,017.69 + Super / *Pro-rata
