Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 75 years. RAV provides a range of primary dispute resolution services to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), particularly in rural and regional areas of Australia in support of its circuit work, primarily, property mediation.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include undertaking a range of administrative and data entry tasks to assist in the implementation of RAV’s contract with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA). You will provide a welcoming first point of contact, directing enquiries about our services in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of booking, data entry and processing of all appointments. A high level of customer service is required for this role, as well as maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This opportunity is located at our Melbourne Family Relationship Centre (FRC) in Melbourne CBD. We are seeking a part-time candidate to work four (4) days per week (Monday to Thursday) on a fixed term contract until May 2025, with potential to move to a permanent contract, subject to funding of the program.
The base salary range is $71k-$73k (pro-rata) per annum.
