This is a key management position for our two centres located in Northern Melbourne to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
In this dynamic role, you will manage the operations of two RAV centres, overseeing both clinical and administrative staff. You will manage the delivery of high-quality services that address the needs of clients with diverse or complex issues, including abuse, trauma, and family and domestic violence. Your key responsibilities will include planning, reporting, quality assurance, budget management, and performance management of staff. Additionally, you will ensure staff meet state and federally funded contractual obligations, actively participate in local partnerships and sector networks, source new income streams, and develop new programs.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Greensborough. The base salary is $150,578 to $154,823 per annum.
