This is a key management position for our two centres located in Northern Melbourne to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

About the role

In this dynamic role, you will manage the operations of two RAV centres, overseeing both clinical and administrative staff. You will manage the delivery of high-quality services that address the needs of clients with diverse or complex issues, including abuse, trauma, and family and domestic violence. Your key responsibilities will include planning, reporting, quality assurance, budget management, and performance management of staff. Additionally, you will ensure staff meet state and federally funded contractual obligations, actively participate in local partnerships and sector networks, source new income streams, and develop new programs.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Greensborough. The base salary is $150,578 to $154,823 per annum. 

About you

  • Degree qualified in social work, counselling, psychology, management (or related).
  • Well-developed management and leadership experience, managing staff and team performance, including recruitment, staff orientation, supervision, performance reviews, staff disciplinary action, performance development and team building.
  • Well-developed financial literacy/management including managing a complex program budget.
  • Sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills with an ability to contribute to the planning and development of the service and a capacity to manage change.
  • Proven communication (verbal and in writing) skills including building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
