About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, your responsibilities include providing a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services whilst supporting Centre management and staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.

This role will be working across our two Greensborough centres and is full-time with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. This position is fixed-term until February 2025.

The base salary range is $74k - $76k per annum.

About you

  • Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
  • Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
  • High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
