Reporting to the Manager, Office of the CEO, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executives and General Management team. Your responsibilities will include diary and email management, preparing high-quality documents and presentations, support for high level meetings, such as preparing agendas, collating reports, minute-taking and scheduling. General assistance will comprise the coordination of travel arrangements, conference bookings and office events and workshops. You will also provide support and direction to the Administration Assistant and Receptionist, as needed.
This opportunity is a permanent role located at our Camberwell office. The base salary range is $85k - $87k (pro-rata) per annum. We are committed to flexibility, offering this position either part-time (4 days per week) or full-time. Please indicate your preference in your application.
