Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans.
Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs.
The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
This opportunity is part-time working three (3) days per week including one evening per week at our Kew centre. This position is fixed-term until October 2025, with potential to extend based on contract extension of the program.
The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro-rata) per annum.
