This is an exciting opportunity for an accredited, experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner at our Sunshine centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs.
The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
This opportunity is part-time working three (3) days per week including one evening per week at our Sunshine Family Relationship centre. This position is fixed-term until February 2025. The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro-rata) per annum.
