This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family dispute resolution practitioner to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Southern and Eastern Melbourne, you will be responsible for providing family dispute resolution (FDR) to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements and property settlements. The role is also responsible for undertaking assessments, group work (as required) and providing information, support, and referral to match presenting needs to services and programs.
Great opportunity for a family dispute resolution professional seeking part-time work, three (3) days per week (Wednesday to Friday), on a fixed-term contract until September 2022. This position is based at our Berwick Family Relationship Centre and the successful candidate will be required to work an evening each week to deliver services to meet the community needs.

A competitive salary package with a base salary range of $86k to $92k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to PBI tax-free salary packaging.
