This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced family dispute resolution practitioner at our Sunshine centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Western, you will be responsible for providing family dispute resolution (FDR) to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements and property settlements. The role is also responsible for undertaking assessments, group work (as required) and providing information, support and referral to match presenting needs to service and programs.
Excellent opportunity for a professional family dispute resolution practitioner in a full-time, ongoing capacity. The position is based at our centre in Sunshine and the successful candidate will be required to work at least one (1) evening shift each week to deliver services to meet the community needs.

A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $84k to $90k per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
