Reporting to the Senior Manager – Southern and Eastern Melbourne, you will be responsible primarily for the facilitation of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs, undertaking eligibility assessments for the Family Violence Programs, providing Men’s case management and conducting risk assessment and risk management of program participants. This role also involves developing case plans for eligible clients that identify a range of realistic and achievable change goals and engage each client with other social and universal services as appropriate.
This opportunity is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with one evening shift on Wednesday required, 12noon to 8pm. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed term role until April 2025, with the potential to extend depending on ongoing funding.
The base salary range is $92k-$99k per annum.
