Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development and working closely with the Offender Services Programs Leader you will be responsible for the delivery of intensive psycho–educational one day workshops (LINCS and LINCS in Families) to offenders on Community Corrections Orders (CCO). Using adult learning principles, your role is to facilitate the program workshops across multiple spaces, Community Correctional Services (CCS) locations across metropolitan Melbourne and occasionally in regional Victoria in the future as well online remote delivery. This includes promotion and workshop rollout, stakeholder engagement and ensuring contractual obligations are met to a high standard.
This position is a based in Camberwell and is for part-time hours, working four (4) days per week. The role is on a fixed-term contract until July 2022, with potential for extension subject to continued funding.
A competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range of $86k-$93k (pro-rata) per annum, superannuation and access to salary packaging.
