RAV is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), providing training to Community Service, Not-for-Profit, Corporate and Legal organisations across Australia. The Program Facilitator – Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) and Mediation will be required to train and assess aspects of the CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of FDR, and the Mediation Training Course and Skill Set, as directed.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development your responsibilities include administrative, compliance, consultative and coordination tasks involved with this course. The role includes presentation of workshops, assessment of students and course administration in line with Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Regulatory Requirements.
The Program Facilitator will therefore have a key role in assuring quality, integrity, and student outcomes in all FDR and Mediation training services and programs.
This casual opportunity is located in Camberwell. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Whilst this is casual, you can anticipate that you may be rostered to work approximately one to two days per week.
The hourly rate for this position is $65.70 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading.
