Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. Reporting to Senior manager, you will facilitate group-based interventions for low and medium-risk offenders, utilising adult learning principles and a strength-based approach. These sessions, conducted both online and in person, emphasise reflection, the development of pro-social skills, and positive life changes to support correctional cohorts in successfully completing their Community Correction Orders (CCO).
This is a great casual opportunity for skilled individuals who are available to travel across Melbourne, including Sunshine, Broadmeadows, Dandenong, with some regional travel. Whilst this is a casual position, successful candidates can expect work during normal business hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, but it also may involve work on a Saturday. You can expect to be rostered on for one to two shifts per week.
The hourly rate is $62.25 per hour including casual loading.
