Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations. Our vision is for positive, respectful, safe and fulfilling relationships for all Australians.
For more than 75 years, we have been delivering high quality family and relationship support services, and we now support more than 20,000 clients every year. We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based training solutions and programs across RAV’s initiatives and contracted services. Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of blended, online, and in-person training solutions, facilitating online learning, virtual classrooms, webinars, workshops, and accredited training as needed.
You will utilise your subject matter expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of training programs, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and update course materials based on the latest research, professional trends, and feedback from evaluations.
This is a great casual opportunity for skilled individuals who are available to travel across Melbourne, with some regional travel. Whilst this is a casual position, successful candidates can expect work during normal business hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can expect to be rostered on for one to two shifts per week. The hourly rate is $62.25 per hour including casual loading.
Candidates can view the position description on our careers page, contact Donna Plavljanic, Senior Manager Learning and Innovation by phoning (03) 8573 2232 for specific queries.
A position description is also attached.
Candidates will be required to provide evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations.
RAV is committed to developing an inclusive and diverse workforce. We encourage applications from First Nations peoples, people from under-represented culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people from lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, asexual (LGBTIQA+) communities, and people living with disability. We are committed to the safety of our clients and staff and promote a child-safe work environment. We recognise the lifelong impacts of childhood trauma and recognise those who had children taken away from them.
