Reporting to the Senior Manager Training and Development, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, supporting the delivery of a wide range of Training Programs including accredited and non-accredited training. You will provide administration support including calendar management and coordination, training delivery coordination, travel bookings, reporting preparation, collation and development. You will also undertake various administrative tasks to assist across the student cycle and across the broader training team as required, including assisting to provide an effective and efficient first point of contact to our students.
This casual opportunity is located in Camberwell. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Whilst this is casual, you can anticipate that you may be rostered to work approximately one to two days per week. Given this, the role may suit a University student seeking casual work with their study commitments, or other candidates with this availability.
The hourly rate for this position is $46.12 per hour inclusive of 25% casual loading.
