Relationships Australia WA is a leading non- government provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community with professional and highly motivated staff.
We are offering a permanent role of Redress Case Manager in the Redress Support Service team at our West Leederville office. The position involves supporting survivors of child sexual abuse who are considering applying to the National Redress Scheme. The case manager provides client focused counselling and emotional support in a trauma informed context as well as to provide accurate information about the scheme and to assist completing Redress Applications. The Case Manager also works collaboratively with other service providers within a community context.
The current vacancy is for 30 – 37.5 hours per week.
Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services award level 4.
