The opportunity

We are seeking Enrolled Nurse’s to join our Casual team working across Metropolitan Adelaide. The ideal candidate would work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 11:30pm, Monday to Sunday. 

Key responsibilities

Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality and ‘best care’ driven nursing support with a focus on person-centred care for our valued clients. Your day will involve medications, wound management, diabetes management and continence support. Use your clinical knowledge and experience to assess client and carer needs for education and/or support and be an advocate for the client and their family.

About you

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA with a minimum 2 years post-graduate experience
• Experience in Wound Management and Catheter Care
• Full Australian drivers’ licence
• Strong communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work autonomously and follow direction from a Registered Nurse
• Ability to prioritise workload and work within allocated timeframes

Based on Silver Chain Group Policy and Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of a medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
