Full Stop Australia (Full Stop) is a not for profit organisation, operating nationally, but based in Sydney's Inner West.
Our mission is to put a full stop to sexual, domestic, and family violence and to support those who have been impacted by violence and abuse.
We also offer best-practice training and professional services to support safe and respectful workplaces, and advocate for changes to laws, policies, and practices to better prevent and respond to sexual, domestic, and family violence.
This is a varied role with a primary focus on assisting staff to feel confident using technology and ensuring all IT equipment, systems, and records are maintained to a high standard.
This is not an IT Helpdesk role.
If your application is successful, you will be responsible for the IT onboarding process for new staff. You will set up workstations, facilitate IT orientations, and provide ongoing support for various software tools and systems.
You'll assist clinical staff with database usage and reporting, conduct training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications, and create documentation for procedures and user manuals.
A key requirement will be to liaise with our outsourced IT service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
You will also maintain equipment registers and contribute to the implementation of IT projects like SharePoint and cybersecurity initiatives.
There is also a component of general administration support and sharing reception duties.
We are looking for someone with a strong administration or IT training background, preferably from the not for profit sector (but not essential), who also has an excellent understanding and working knowledge of IT concepts, software, hardware, and the cloud.
You will be someone who enjoys helping people to feel comfortable using new forms of technology. Patience will be one of your key attributes, along with an ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Salary: This position has been classified as Level 4.1 under the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award with above award wages.
Contract: This is a permanent full time position, however part time hours will be considered. This position will primarily be office based.
