We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retirement Village Manager to manage our two Retirement Villages in Wahroonga, and provide leave coverage to our other retirement villages in the Sydney region. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families.
To be considered for this position you will need to have strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have a strong track record of experience in managing retirement communities, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing seniors. Your resilient nature will see you carry out your duties in an engaging and energetic manner with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliance with all procedures and policies in busy and vibrant villages. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to build successful relationships with residents, colleagues and other stakeholders.
