About the role

This role requires collaboration with customers, coordinators, brokered partners, and colleagues to ensure a comprehensive approach to care planning and scheduling. Positioned under the guidance of the Service Manager, the role is integral to the care delivery framework, and champions the 'Connect' model of care principles through diligent customer-focused scheduling and engaged participation within the care team, thereby facilitating a care experience that is both personalised and impactful.

What do we need from you?

  • Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application.
  • Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support customers, their families, employees and stakeholders.
  • Understanding and implementation of enterprise agreement and employment conditions.
  • Desirable experience in the use of Alyacare customer database.
