Our busy Client Service Officers are the first point of contact for clients and visitors to our sites, and for all incoming calls. A positive, compassionate and welcoming approach is crucial to ensuring clients feel safe and supported.
This position involves managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about Relationship Matters’ services. Additionally, the role is responsible for scheduling appointments, invoicing, processing payments, data entry and coordinating communication between teams.
The role involves evening work (until 8pm Monday – Thursday) as required.
Your strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. You must be compassionate, non-judgemental and value confidentiality. You will be able to demonstrate problem solving skills, the ability to critically analyse situations and recommend solutions. You must also be adaptable to quickly changing demands and work collaboratively with a team that’s spread across multiple sites.
