About the role

Are you an experienced leader passionate about promoting client wellbeing and excellence in service delivery? Or perhaps you might have a current caseload in private practice, looking to compliment your current work on a part-time basis?

We are looking for a Practice Lead to provide clinical leadership for our counselling teams, specialising in individual, family, and relationship services. In this role, you will promote client wellbeing and safety through ethical, evidence-based practices, while ensuring counsellors are provided professional development and clinical supervision in accordance with organisational requirements. You will collaborate with the Practice Quality Leadership group and Management team to drive continuous improvement and uphold RA-NT’s reputation for excellence in therapeutic services.

This position is ideal for someone looking to expand outside of their current clinical practice, who is interested in stepping into a role that is intended to make a genuine difference to the delivery of quality services at RA-NT. Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a broad range of client services and counselling practices.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and evaluating programs.

Requirements

  • A satisfactory Northern Territory working with children check.
  • A satisfactory national criminal history check.
  • A commitment to our Safeguarding Children Practice and Behaviour Guidelines.
