Essential criteria:

• Registered as a General Nurse and endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomous and collaboratively with other health professionals.
• Ability to diagnose, treat and manage resident/client health problems in stable, unpredictable and complex situations.
• Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
• Demonstrated advanced level of evidence-based nursing practice in the care and management of older people including palliative care
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles as applied to aged care
• Demonstrated ability to participate/initiate and or facilitate high quality research or clinical change.
• Current Driving Licence
• Current seasonal Influenza
