About Results International (Australia)

Results International (Australia) is part of a global network dedicated to ending poverty. For over 35 years, we’ve driven advocacy efforts in Australia, collaborating with parliamentarians, media, and communities to influence policies that eradicate extreme poverty. Our work includes advocating for increased Australian overseas aid and supporting the most effective anti-poverty initiatives that are focused on eliminating deadly infectious diseases. We also serve as the Secretariat to the Australian TB Caucus and collaborate globally with our partner ACTION to enhance equitable health access.

About Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance’s Replenishment Campaign

Results Australia is campaigning for Australia to make a generous financial pledge to Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance in early 2025. This support is crucial for Gavi's mission to provide vaccines globally to the world’s most vulnerable children and promote health equity for all. We're advocating to MPs to endorse a substantial financial commitment to Gavi from the Australian Government. To do this, we are asking MPs to send letters of support to the Prime Minister, The Hon Anthony Albanese MP, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, The Hon Senator Penny Wong. Join us in ensuring Australia continues to show leadership in global health and development. By supporting Gavi, we are supporting effective immunisation programs that save lives from deadly, infectious diseases in the world’s poorest communities.
