In Victoria, The Flying Doctor has an extensive patient transport operation by air and road, complemented by a range of mobile and fixed primary health services, such as dental, optical, mental health, GP clinics, speech therapy and a growing number of digital health technologies.
RFDS Victoria's Marketing and Fundraising team is responsible for communication the RFDS Victoria story to a range of audiences and for funding the ambition of the organisation, enabling us to deliver services to patients and clients. We work to ensure we maintain the financial stability and brand integrity of the organisation.
The Supporter Services team supports the development and implementation of RFDS Victoria fundraising programs, appeals, campaigns and events through excellent communication, accurate gift processing for financial reconciliation, quality donor care and general administrative support.
Reporting to the Senior Supporter Services Administrator, Marketing & Fundraising, the Supporter Services Administrator will play a key role in ensuring donations and merchandise orders are processed in a proficient and timely manner, queries are responded to promptly & effectively and that donor details are kept confidential and up to date.
This role will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling to support the range of fundraising programs and events that Flying Doctor has in place.
