About the Role

We are currently looking to fill a Fixed Term Full-Time Recovery Support Worker Advanced in our NDIS Support Services team located in our Toowoomba office.

The role assists the Coordinator and Area Manager with the supervision and administration of the NDIS support service. It supports the ongoing development of an effective, cohesive staff team whilst providing support for peoples’ self-managed recovery. A significant portion of the role involves use of RFQ’s client information management system to ensure service delivery accurately reflects our service agreements with NDIS participants’. This includes aiding the supervision the roster to ensure Award compliance. You will also meet KPI’s for timely administration of NDIS billing and procedures.

The position also requires being a part of a monthly on call roster.

To be successful you will bring the following

  • Degree or Diploma or Certificate in a human service related field and/or demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
  • Ability to work autonomously and professionally within RFQ's service philosophy and values
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
  • Smart phone to be used for work purposes
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
  • Willingness and ability to undertake vaccination of preventable diseases that complies with the Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases - Qld Health Policy Directive
