Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) is seeking an experienced and motivated professional with demonstrated understanding of the mental health sector to be a part of its Transition From Corrections Program.
This is your opportunity to provide evidence-based and recovery-oriented support to people at risk of homelessness, discharged from acute mental health wards, or discharged from correctional centres. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients to achieve their identified goals and aspirations, provide support with day to day tasks and activities and develop professional working relationships with stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for clients and the program. You will also assist with the mentoring and supervision of staff and help the Area Manager with the day to day running of the program. This career opportunity is the next step for experienced professionals or those interested in a leadership role.
