The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for a skilled administration officer with experience in coordinating and providing high quality administrative services.

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the continued strengthening of the RIAA Certification Program’s position as the world’s longest running responsible investment certification program.

You will be responsible for delivering the administrative services of the Responsible Investment Certification Program ensuring that the RIAA Certification team’s priorities are met as the Certification Program enters a period of significant growth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about responsible investment and understands the impact of aligning capital with achieving a healthy society, environment and economy. You will have demonstrated ability to implement effective office and secretarial processes and systems, to multi-task effectively, prioritise competing deadlines while ensuring strict adherence to systems and process.

You will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as the ability to learn and use other tools such as Slack, Monday.com, GlueUp, LastPass
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
