The parental leave-relief position available is:

  • Attractive remuneration package starting at $120K (commensurate with experience) in addition to 11% superannuation + $20k Vehicle Allowance + Tax-Free Salary Packaging!
  • Working Monday - Friday (with some on-call responsibilities)
  • Closed-term full-time (12 month contract)
  • Located in Salisbury

About the Role

The Regional Manager is tasked with overseeing the development of our services in South Australia (North Adelaide Region). You will be responsible for growing our presence in South Australia, with the support of the General Manager, Services.

This rewarding position is a great opportunity to further develop your already impressive management skills in a critical Management role. As a Regional Manager your role is to achieve Flourish Australia's vision by providing a high quality and responsive recovery oriented service that best supports people with a lived experience of mental health issues to achieve their hopes and dreams.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Services, you will oversee development and growth, be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, and be committed to developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the service group. You will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of operations within your region. The successful candidate must have confidence in further growing the business, creating new sustainable partnerships along with leading, managing, developing and motivating the team! You will have strong business acumen and a flare for commercial activity.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • A degree in the behavioural sciences or a health related discipline.
  • Relevant demonstrated experience in an upper or senior management role.
  • Demonstrated engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills, with the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience fostering and sustaining partnerships as well as ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and ability to fully utilise the client information management system.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
