About the role:

The Graphic Designer will play an essential role in creating and formatting visually appealing and impactful presentations, reports, graphics, posters, marketing materials and digital content. The design function at Right Lane has been long considered a point of difference and an area of excellence at our boutique firm.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Support this role is responsible for maintaining the high standard of design in our firm.

As part of this essential role you will:

• Design and produce high-quality presentations, reports, marketing materials, and digital content
• Collaborate with the consulting teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all materials
• Create visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams to support data visualisation
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Support the creation of electronic communications and digital content

To be successful at Right Lane you will have:

• Exceptional PowerPoint skills (working with templates and slide masters)
• Experience working at a professional services firm is preferred
• Excellent visual corporate design skills, particularly in transforming written content into high-impact visual solutions (3+ years)
• Advanced skills in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• A relevant tertiary degree qualification
• Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and timelines
