The Application Support Specialist will support Royal Far West’s core system applications and end to end processes across these systems and work closely with internal and external system users. Support includes the understanding and responding to business needs, the management of incidents, change and service requests and regular data reporting. The role will perform changes in the systems and coordinate change requests with system vendors.
The focus will be on the core systems of the health directorate such as medical record system, client portal and scheduling portal while understanding the business processes and integration of systems within the RFW systems architecture.
