Role specifics

The position is working full-time, 38 hours per week and is a fixed term position until 30 June 2022.

Responsible for providing project management support including research, design, implementation and evaluation to the areas of Corporate Services including Finance & Reporting, Partnerships and Engagement, People & Culture, Legal & Governance, Property & Assets and IT.

Who are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in providing project assistance and administrative support simultaneously to various projects with varying levels of complexity.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles, i.e financial budgeting and forecasting, project planning, managing milestones and benchmarks.
  • Excellent communication services skills including interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft office suite program including MS Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Well-developed organisational skills including time management and setting priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to work within and contribute to the vision, mission, core values and the guiding principles of the organisation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of diversity, gender and social inclusion, particularly Aboriginal culture.
  • Relevant qualification in a related discipline and/or relevant work experience which demonstrates strengths in the criteria listed below.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
