About the role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Rostering Coordinator role is responsible for the coordination and rostering of the relief pool staff and ensure the seamless and strategic delivery of relief allocation across Richmond Wellbeing residential services.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with residential managers, people and culture and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless and strategic delivery of relief allocation
  • Identify what the relief requirements are and ensure there is suitable resources to fill demands
  • Effectively manage the communication of allocation of relief resources across all teams
  • Manage and monitor the compliance of the residential relief team
  • Engage with residential relief staff on a regular basis and ensure their availability is monitored and updated
  • In collaboration with residential managers, provide supervision and leadership to the relief team

The successful candidate would be required to work flexible shifts varying from 7.30am-3.30pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm as well as work on weekends. This will be on a rotating roster with two other Rostering Coordinators.

About you

You will possess the following key attributes:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail to ensure efficient and effective outcomes are achieved to a high standard
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to liaise with people from various levels and backgrounds
  • The ability to take initiative and make strategic decisions
  • Experience using ELMO RTA is desirable
  • Ability to represent Richmond Wellbeing in a professional manner at all times

Desirable Attributes:

  • Knowledge of and experience working within the Non-for-profit sector
