In this full-time role as Head of Property and Procurement you will have the exciting opportunity to join Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) and be a key part in overseeing the management and expansion of our property and procurement activities, in support of our Strategy 2030 goals.
This includes extending our services into new areas and geographies, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and creating safe, functional, and welcoming environments for everyone.
The Head of Property and Procurement will oversee the management and maintenance of all SHM properties and facilities and the coordination of procurement activities to ensure SHM's financial resources are deployed efficiently. This role includes managing property leases, maintenance, contracts, and fleet.
You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement SHM's sustainability practices such as energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
You will provide direct leadership and guidance to a small but dedicated team of two, overseeing the areas of facilities, reception, and administration and influence across the whole organisation to drive improvements.
