The GreenLight Supportive Housing Program (GLSHP) is provided by Sacred Heart Mission, Vincent Care Victoria and The Salvation Army Australia. We will support people experiencing homelessness to settle into their new housing and stay housed The program provides specific support to sustain tenancies and links people to supports for underlying health and other needs.

As the Program Coordinator, you will hold oversight of quality service delivery to drive client outcomes. You will supervises the SHM Supportive Housing Workers, Mental Health Workers and Peer Settlement Support Worker to support people to maintain their housing. The role also contributes to the SHM Client Services on-call roster every 10-12 weeks
