Our exciting new Homes First team has a maximum-term part-time (0.6 FTE) role available for Program Coordinator Homes First, role ending 2028!
As the Coordinator you will be part of implementing the newly funded Homes First program, delivering services in outer Eastern Melbourne. The program involves delivering culturally safe three-year flexible support packages to clients who need support to sustain tenancies or move into stable housing, over three intakes.
You will ensure the operational excellence of the program by overseeing daily operations and setting and monitoring team targets, progress, and strategies. You will be responsible for supervision, support, and guidance of a team of case managers as well as engaging and managing strong partnerships with external key stakeholders while completing compliance reporting as required.
Additionally, this role will also provide exciting opportunities to contribute to organisational projects and initiatives as you'll be working internally with a collaborative leadership team that supports a range of client facing programs across Sacred Heart Mission.
