Join the experienced multidisciplinary team in our innovative housing support program working to bring effective and positive change for our 66 residents, encouraging them to develop links with the broader local community, develop skills and participate in a variety of activities.
You will have a place at the table with our key partners, providing high quality, effective and caring case management to our residents within a recovery framework.
To thrive in this role, you will be experienced in handling complex behaviours and crisis situations with the resilience, empathy and optimism needed to take any situation on the chin.
