We are looking to add to the team working with a young person with disability. The person requires 24/7 support and is living independently in their own home. The home is located in Heidelberg Heights.

There are two permanent part-time positions available.

• Good English skills (verbal, written and comprehension)

• Capacity to work a minimum of ten hours per week (2 x 5 hour shifts).
