Established in 2009, Satellite Foundation is a not-for-profit that connects and empowers young young people aged 8 to 25+, who have families with mental health challenges. Satellite aims to foster a strong connection between young people, their families and the wider community.
Satellite Foundation’s programs use a combination of creativity and the sharing of lived experience to combat isolation and promote confidence, self-esteem and good coping strategies. Satellite offers peer support in a range of in-person and online programs, workshops, activities and projects that are centred on connection.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to manage the end-to-end marketing and communications function at Satellite. Leading a small team, you will also work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Please see the full position description for more details.
Satellite Foundation is in an exciting period of growth, we have recently launched a new website and are developing our CRM to deliver improved data on engagement and to manage our digital campaigns.
This is a part-time role (30.4 hours per week), for a 6-month fixed-term, to cover a period of parental leave.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated hands-on experience across the full range of communications and marketing functions, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
We are based in Collingwood and operate on a flexible hybrid working model. We offer a very supportive and collaborative working environment.
