This is a unique opportunity for a Fundraiser with Face-to-Face experience to step into a role where you will lead and be accountable for achieving Save the Children's donor acquisition and retention targets through Face-to-Face and Telemarketing programs. This role will also provide scope to support other acquisition channels and strategies. We need your skills and experience to contribute to broader acquisition and fundraising goals, making Save the Children's work possible in Australia and around the world.

In this full-time permanent position, based anywhere in Australia, you will manage donor acquisition campaigns via Face-to-Face and Telemarketing agencies. You will support the work of the Individual Giving Acquisition team, playing a key role in both the acquisition and first-year retention of new financial supporters. You will be part of our Fundraising team and report to our Head of Individual Giving, Acquisition.

You're a skilled fundraiser with experience in Face-to-Face fundraising and other acquisition channels. You approach fundraising with energy and enthusiasm, inspiring those around you. You use data and insights to manage and optimise fundraising campaigns. You build strong, robust relationships with agencies to deliver the best possible results. You are organised, accountable and deliver to target and on time.
