In this full-time, permanent position, based in Carlton* you will provide legal and company secretarial services to our social enterprises. You will be part of our Legal Team and report to our General Counsel.

Our ideal candidate would have experience working with start-up enterprises, impact investing (or other capital markets experience), technology contracts and knowledge of the charity sector.

*While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, this role works remotely (i.e. from home or an alternative location). Once the pandemic restrictions are lifted, the role will be based in our office in Carlton.
