In this permanent, full-time role, you'll ensure accurate and efficient administrative, secretarial and general support is provided to all members of the department in a proactive and professional manner at all times. As part of our Queensland state admin team, you'll report directly to our State Operations and Business Support Manager.

Your excellent organisation and administration skills, alongside your analytical instincts, will see you drive the delivery of quality outcomes within strict deadlines. You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders enabling the reach of productively of our programs to flourish. You're able to plan and prioritise work, and are flexible and self-motivated to provide ranging support to see the team succeed. Importantly, you'll work effectively with other state office coordinators to ensure smooth continuation of programs, and you pride yourself on your integrity and confidentiality.
