This role is part-time and fixed term, (3-4 days a week, ending Jan 2026) however candidates seeking full time, permanent work may be considered.
Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, you will work as a part of our Fundraising team based in Melbourne (in-office at least one day per week, and working from home) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Supporter Care Coordinator plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it's by building long-term loyalty by expertly attending to the day-to-day administrative needs of our generous supporters, or by engaging our supporters with our mission and being a proud advocate of child rights, you'll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
Your deep expertise in building relationships with a diverse range of people, and your process-driven nature and high attention to detail is invaluable.
