We're looking for a versatile and passionate Team Leader who is committed to creating meaningful change for children, young people and families in Perth. In this varied and challenging role, you'll develop and lead a high performing and responsive team, to maximise the impact of our programs. Drawing on your leadership, creativity, and collaborative approach, you'll ensure the continual evolution and development of our important work.

In this part-time, maximum term position based in Perth (9 day fortnight, until end of June 2022, with strong potential for extension), you'll provide daily structure, coordination and operational support to field staff across three programs. You'll coach and mentor the team with regular progress meetings and supervision, including providing professional development opportunities. Based in West Perth and reporting to our Regional Manager, you'll also be required to make frequent site visits to Gosnells, Armadale, and Newman. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required with reciprocal flexible working arrangements offered.
