As Team Leader of our Secondary Family Support service, we need you to guide our team of dedicated professionals, helping to maximise their impact on the lives of vulnerable families. In this full-time, fixed term position (to June 2022) based in Brisbane, you'll demonstrate leadership, guidance and supervision of staff delivering early intervention support with families who have children aged 0 to 18 years. The position is required to actively drive program delivery, providing coaching, mentoring and direction to the team. As leader of our Secondary Family Support team, you'll report to our Regional Manager.

You're a professional individual who is experienced, vibrant and excited about the prospect of supervising a team and supporting our early intervention family support program. You're active, creative and flexible in your approach to work with families and children, using a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework.
You easily develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations at all levels, and you can effectively supervise, coach and mentor others with a consultative and empathetic approach. You're also an excellent administrator, with great organisational and computer skills.
