cohealth is currently recruiting to its Board of Directors and is seeking applicants from individuals with one or more of the following skills:

• Government relations
• Innovative and entrepreneurial thought leadership
• Financial and/or legal qualifications

To be considered candidates will possess a range of the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Stakeholder/government relations;
• High level conceptual and strategic thinking skills;
• Financial literacy;
• An understanding of the NFP, health/community services sector governance;
• Ability to work collaboratively/challenge constructively;
• Governance education (e.g. AICD course) and/or past experience on public, private or community Boards is desirable;
• cohealth is also seeking to appoint people with lived experience and/or from diverse backgrounds who understand staff and client experience and models of co-design.
